I think that I am banned from going online for it is not letting me online! I have tried everything! Help! 😩

I’ve been unexpectedly banned for trying to name a room “SKSKSKS”, now I cannot name rooms and I am not sure if it is permanent or not, it didn’t say a time limit like it does with the chat!
I was just banned for 2 hours because I said to one of my friends “I literally just unlocked the Mystic Cave, I’m so happy!”.
Personally, I think that there shouldn’t be an automatic ban because it is a little unfair when I try do some innocent things and it bans me, there should be something where you can report someone for inappropriate behaviour and it gets reviewed and stuff, and then they have a chance of getting banned...still not sure about the idea of automatic banning, it really ruined the fun I had when I was role playing as somebody’s foal and then I had to do a million rears and stuff to catch their attention, they eventually figured out that I was temporarily banned from chatting!

I was banned forever from typing a new room. I was trying to name “madoka’s soul gem” won’t let me add a ‘ so I spelled “madokas” then I don’t have the privilege to type a room name again
